Our company began operating in the PRC in 1992. Since then, we have become one of the leading beverage and instant noodle manufacturers in the PRC. Our principal beverage products are juice drinks and ready to drink teas. According to ACNielsen, in the nine months ended September 30, 2007, we were the number two manufacturer of juice drinks in the PRC, with 29.1% of total market value, and the second largest manufacturer of ready to drink tea in the PRC, representing 22.8% of total market value. We also produce and sell such beverages as milk tea, coffee, bottled water, and yoghurt.

We produce over 260 instant noodle products, including bowl noodles, packet noodles, and snack noodles in different flavors. According to ACNielsen, we were the third largest manufacturer of instant noodles in terms of sales value in each of the years ended December 31, 2005 and 2006 and the nine months ended September 30, 2007, and were the largest manufacturer of snack noodles and the second largest manufacturer of bowl instant noodles in the PRC for the year ended December 31, 2006 and the nine months ended September 30, 2007.

We distribute our products in 31 provinces across the PRC through diversified sales channels including modern sales channels, traditional sales channels, and various other distribution points such as entertainment and leisure venues, schools, and transportation stations. In addition, our regional sales teams are divided into provincial sales teams to allow sales and distribution decisions to be made on a more local level.
